Description:The Bull’s Eye is a fun and engaging way for participants to practice effective communication with their team and how they can contribute to the team winning at this challenge. At a deeper level, how the participants react in a team environment will also be highlighted i.e. do I stay quiet, voice out my ideas, dominating, focus on the details, etc.
