Introduction

This program enables the participants to engage with the Gen Y and Gen Z employees effectively, by setting a better understanding on why they communicate the way they do. Most importantly, with this understanding, the participants would be more equipped with the essential styles and skills to communicate, lead and coach the workfoce of both Gen Y and Gen Z effectively at the workplace.
