6S Implementation & Workplace Organization

Course Duration: 2 Days


This 6S training is designed on a take back and do approach. It provides a mindset and a checklist for the delegates to take back and implement in their workplace. Delegates should see immediate applications to improve the quality of their workplace. This program will also instill the culture and importance of 6S.
