The Invisible Chair Challenge

Description:
The invisible chair challenges will start with a smaller group and the number will become larger and larger later. At last, all the members will gather up to have the invisible chair challenges together.

Divide To Bridge Description: Once your values are understood, they become the code that guides your decisions – your decisions become aligned with your values
In the final challenge, individual classes will build a portion of a bridge separately and can only communicate through their leaders with the other tribes.

Sea Rafting
Desciption:
The Teams will march to the beach area where they need to build a raft using makeshift materials. The entire activity is divided into three parts.

Running Mania  
Description:
The Running Mania concept is borrowed from the Famous Korea TV show, Running Man. Running
Mania gets the team to work together with a series of decisions and tasks. This game exposes the
individual characteristics within a team.

Magic Carpet
  Description:
This activity will require participants to work as a team. They will need to launch the tennis ball into the air using the carpet provided and then catch the tennis ball on the reverse side of the carpet. This activity will have them experience coordination and to learn from what is working and what is not.

The Bull’s Eye
  Description:
The Bull’s Eye is a fun and engaging way for participants to practice effective communication with their team and how they can contribute to the team winning at this challenge.  At a deeper level, how the participants react in a team environment will also be highlighted i.e.

Kuala Lumpur Rapid Race
  Description:
The Rapid Race concept is borrowed from the TV Reality show; The Amazing Race.  In the Rapid Race, participants will experience a mini version of the Amazing Race where they will not travel to different countries to overcome challenges and tasks.

Corner to Corner
  Description:
The objectives of this activity are to highlight the need of each team member or staff in the company plays an important role when they are back in the office.
Corner to Corner creates the environment of team members from different department or section but sharing a common goal.

The Reject Shop 

Description:
Participants will be able to learn to give and receive feedback to one another in order to find the best and effective solution in the context of acceptance.

Amazing Race Challenge Description:
Amazing Race puts the team under pressure with a series of decisions and tasks. This game exposes the individual characteristics within a team. The objective of this activity is to complete as many challenges and task given to them in order and to become the first team to complete the race and challenges.
