INTRODUCTION

The intent of this course is aimed for the people with responsibility for investigating accidents at all level including line managers, supervisors, SHE committee and safety representatives. Participants will be provided with a very comprehensive explanation on all aspects related to accident investigation and proper reporting and adhere the requirement of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994.

METHODOLOGY
This course will be presented in English and Bahasa Melayu. Course delivery format will be a combination of lecture, case study and group activities. Measurement of learning shall be conducted through assessments in quizzes, presentation, written assignments and project paper on case studies.
