Introduction
This 2-day experiential learning programme, T.O.P. @ Work (Taking Ownership Passionately at Work), is designed on the understanding that, every organisation wants to have productive employees who are committed to achieving the goals of the organisation.Naturally, a top performing employee is one of the greatest assets a boss can have within his or her team! Unfortunately, this is not easy to achieve. Different employees have different mindsets, values and most importantly, varying attitudes. The challenge for an organisation is to get each and every employee to take ownership and be accountable of their responsibilities at work. Instilling and sustaining the right mental attitude among all employees is also key to a productive organisation.
The programme encourages participants to understand that self enrichment and personal growth is relevant in creating an organisation par excellence. Participants also understand the importance of teamwork and how effective they can be if they are able to tap the strengths of their teammates whilst maintaining a harmonious working environment.
Using the Power of the Subconscious Mind, the participants are able to discard any inhibitions or negative thoughts that they currently carry to create a NEW and the RIGHT climate for enhanced productivity and working environment.
