“T.O.P. at WORK”

Introduction

This 2-day experiential learning programme, T.O.P. @ Work (Taking Ownership Passionately at Work), is designed on the understanding that, every organisation wants to have productive employees who are committed to achieving the goals of the organisation.
 
Naturally, a top performing employee is one of the greatest assets a boss can have within his or her team! Unfortunately, this is not easy to achieve. Different employees have different mindsets, values and most importantly, varying attitudes. The challenge for an organisation is to get each and every employee to take ownership and be accountable of their responsibilities at work. Instilling and sustaining the right mental attitude among all employees is also key to a productive organisation.
 
The programme encourages participants to understand that self enrichment and personal growth is relevant in creating an organisation par excellence. Participants also understand the importance of teamwork and how effective they can be if they are able to tap the strengths of their teammates whilst maintaining a harmonious working environment.
 
Using the Power of the Subconscious Mind, the participants are able to discard any inhibitions or negative thoughts that they currently carry to create a NEW and the RIGHT climate for enhanced productivity and working environment.

Key Content

MODULE 1: REASONS WHY PEOPLE DO NOT EXCEL IN LIFE

Participants learn the reasons why employees generally fail in their life, either personally or professionally. These reasons are backed with tested and proven examples and researches.

MODULE 2: 8 LIFE’S SUCCESS PRINCIPLES

Participants learn and appreciate eight important success principles in their personal or professional lives. Tested and proven examples, videos and researches are presented for better understanding.

MODULE 3: TAKING OWNERSHIP AND BEING TRUSTWORTHY

Participants play a game that displays the importance of maintaining an element of trust and a win-win attitude amongst them. The game shows the participants’ true colours in taking ownership and being accountable for their decisions.

MODULE 4: MANAGING EMOTIONS

Participants understand that negative emotions are the results of unfulfilled expectations and have impact on themselves and those around them. Participants are provided with tools to manage these emotions effectively.

MODULE 5: MANAGING AND KEEPING AGREEMENTS

Participants learn that it is important to manage and keep to their agreements for a balanced life. They learn the destructive results of not keeping to agreements and the positive outcomes for keeping them.

MODULE 6: POWER OF THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

Participants appreciate the role played by our subconscious mind in creating mental models that run our lives. They learn on how to re-programme and rewrite their mental models to be exemplary employees and role models in their lives.

MODULE 7: VALUING OTHERS

Participants learn that everyone in the organisation has a role to play to ensure a productive and effective organisation. Mutual respect and taking ownership is the key to an organisation par excellence.

MODULE 8: STRUGGLE AND HARDSHIP

Participants understand that life is full of struggles but each struggle has a silver lining and should be used as a stepping stone to greater success in their organisation and in lives.

MODULE 9: POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT

Participants learn the power of positive reinforcement in creating lasting bonds among their colleagues. Relationship accounts should be maintained to create the right working and productive climate.
