INTELLECT THINKING LEADERSHIP

Introduction
This is an intense 2 day course to engage leaders to the 10 intellect thinking traits. The structure focuses on fostering and leading intellect thinking in the organization.
The difference between good leaders and great leaders is how they engage their itntellect thinking.
Ability to think rationally and critically is one of the most important leadership skills. You can achieve this by learning the art and science of intellect thinking. Thinking objectively is not a skills, but an obligation and duty to the people whom you lead.
People rely on your leadership judgments and decisions as it has direct impact on the team and individuals within the team. When you are at the driving seat as a leader, it is easy to get blindfolded with past experiences and failures, reactive thinking, emotions and status quo.
