- On day 5, participants are required to present for 15-20 minutes on any topic of their choice in order to demonstrate their competency based on the assessment criteria with what they have learned over the previous 4 days.

Meet Our Lead Trainer
Mr. Ong is a highly accomplished TTT trainer, holding certifications such as Certified Training Professional (CTP) and Certified Coaching & Mentoring Professional (CCMP). With over 30 years of corporate experience, including roles in Operations, Collection, Finance, and Human Resources, he brings a wealth of expertise to his training sessions. He has conducted numerous TTT Program sessions, engaging over 450 participants, and has delivered impactful in-house training for reputable organizations such as OCBC Bank, AmBank, and Securities Commission Malaysia. His passion for people development and belief in continuous learning drives him in commitment to empowering individuals and facilitating organizational growth. Mr. Ong is also well-equipped to deliver training on change mastery, leadership, managerial skills, and various HR-related topics at regional level including Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and Indonesia.
Mr. Azman is a highly skilled TTT trainer with a diverse background and extensive expertise. With a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering (Hons) from Manchester, UK, and experience as an Engineering Manager for a Multinational Corporation (MNC), he brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and leadership capabilities to his training sessions. Having certified professional TTT trainer by HRD Corp/PSMB under the Ministry of Human Resource (MoHR), Mr. Azman excels in implementing the Ketachigai Improvement Program (KIP) based on the Toyota Production System (TPS), where he has served as a competent coach and mentor for the program. His engineering background enhances his analytical thinking and ability to relate real-world scenarios, while his passion for coaching and mentoring, coupled with his captivating storytelling style, leaves a lasting impact on participants.
